How to request for shipping services
- Contact the designated support numbers for freight charges and our warehouse address with a unique identifier for all your shipments.
- Provide information on the goods you want shipped and its size and weight.
- Provide your supplier with the warehouse address and have him ship your goods.
- Send us a copy of the tracking number for your package and a photo of your package (always make sure to request for that from your supplier)
- You will be updated when goods arrive at the warehouse.
- Follow updates concerning shipment of your goods.
