- Do not modify the shipping address we provide you in any way. Kindly forward it to your supplier the same way it is shared with you. We won’t accept liability for package losses due to wrong entry of shipping addresses.
- Always remind your suppliers to write the shipping mark assigned to you on all your cargos. DO NOT expose your contacts on your packages.
- We confirm receipt of packages received in China within 72 hours upon delivery at our warehouse.
- ero tolerance for delayed payment of shipping fees: Clients have from the time their invoice is issued to latest one weektoarrivalofthecontainer carrying their goods at theportfor clearance to make payment of their shipping fee. Clients who fail to pay their shipping fee within the stipulated time forfeit free delivery service. Additionally, storage charges will be charged on the goods after day 3 upon arrival at the warehouse. Goods that are left unpaid for after 1 week will beauctionedto offsetthe shipping fee.
- Zero tolerance for wrong packaging: It is important that clients ensure their suppliers provide secured packaging for their goods to protect its content from possible damages during transportation, especially for fragile goods/ light weight/ breakables/ liquids/sensitive goods/heavy equipment etc. We do not accept liability for damages emanating from wrong/poor packaging.

– Products with large size and weight need to be packaged in wooden cases and reinforced. .
– Goods that are light weight, sensitive, fragile and breakable need to be securely packaged with wooden frame or styro foam and labeled fragile to prevent damages during transportation. We won’t accept liability for damages for non compliance to this rule. .
– Products with batteries and products without batteries need to be packaged and sent separately. Please do not mix them together. - Estimated Time of Arrival are provided by shipping lines and are subject to change without prior notice. Changes in the original ETA given will be communicated duely with all stakeholders.
